A very enjoyable experience with Elizabeth. She was knowledgeable, patient and extremely encouraging to all of us, most of whom were complete beginners. She provided helpful advice on blending and tips on proportion.

The teacher is an amazing artist and a very good teacher. At the very beginning she asked everyone what are their expectations - which was very good to know. And my expectations were met for 200%! During the class she showed step by step what to paint and how, she checked if all participants are in the loop. She had some extra materials in case students don't have their, and she shared them, so that we could try professional materials. She told us some theory which was very useful.

I am an exhibiting artist specialising in acrylics but tutor a range of media in my well attended, relaxed classes in Acle and across Norfolk. . We like a bit of creative time to experiment, explore, improve or just have some company.
Colin Revell
I am a watercolour artist from Norwich who paints in a loose / abstract/ contemporary style. I love to paint cityscapes capturing the atmosphere and hustle bustle the city provides. In 2024 I appeared on sky arts landscape artist of the year/ and in 2025 won the British art prize people's choice award.

Colin Revell is available for private bookings

Available most Saturday mornings for private tutoring if required.

I was drawn, no pun intended, to this oasis of light on an otherwise dark evening walking along the beach promenade. The challenge, which I don?t think I?ve fully achieved, is to recreate bright interior of Rocky Thomsons against the darkness

I fell in love with this beautiful reference photo by Kmety Henriett and wanted to draw a quick sketch in watercolour. I am hoping to draw a more detailed piece at a later date. But I love the relationship between these two.

I loved this photograph from John Strachan photography and finally got around to painting it in acrylic. I tried to be quite loose with the painting as there was so much detail. in the end I thought the sky looked a bit bare so with the help of Chat GPT I added seagulls to the photo and was then able to paint them into my art work. This painting will be heading for the Aberdeen art show the end of August for sale.

I am Tracey, a self-taught artist from Plymouth, UK, I have been developing my coloured pencil techniques for the past year . My aim is always to capture not only the likeness of an animal but also the personality and spirit that make them so special to the people who love them.In this piece, Colin is shown resting amongst a vibrant meadow of wildflowers, his striking green eyes drawing the viewer in. The detailed fur work, delicate whiskers, and colourful floral surroundings were all carefull
